Return and Refund Policy

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

All items purchased in the sale are final and cannot be returned. However, sale items can be exchanged. For further assistance, please contact us at info@saimoclothing.com.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return your products within 30 days of receiving them. Please contact us via our customer service email (info@saimoclothing.com). Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We will respond within 5-7 business days. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

We simply ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags intact
  • Items must be clean (no hair, pet hair, deodorant stains, etc.)
  • Items must not have been used, opened, or altered in any way
  • Items should be returned to us in the same condition they were delivered (folded, bubble wrap, protective packaging, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund returns that do not meet these requirements.

Until the order arrives, it is at your own risk, and we cannot and will not provide compensation for items not in our possession.

Refunds are issued for the price of the item, excluding shipping costs.

If you prefer a credit note instead of a refund, please let us know when submitting your return request.

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!

We do our best to prevent this, but if the purchased product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

The shipping costs are to be paid by you; we do not pay or reimburse these costs. Please note that we recommend returning your items with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days after approval.
