Sizing
Which size should I order?
Shopping online can make it tricky to find the perfect size. To help you choose the right fit, we’ve included a size chart under each item on our website. Our sizes are generally true to size unless stated otherwise. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size up from your usual size. What payment methods do you accept?

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
You can apply one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to sale items.
Can I change my order?
Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. Contact us at info@saimoclothing.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation only before your items are shipped. Please contact our customer support team at info@saimoclothing.com for assistance.
Where is my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your order through the shipping carrier's tracking system.
When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. Delays may occur due to holidays or external factors. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please reach out to us at info@saimoclothing.com.
I haven’t received my order—what should I do?
Our logistics provider will contact you if a delivery attempt fails. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct. DHL will make two delivery attempts before leaving your package at your local post office for pickup.
Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?
Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at info@saimoclothing.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
