Sizes

  • Which size should I order? When shopping online, it can be difficult to determine the perfect size for you. To ensure you order the right garment with the best fit, we have included a size chart below all items on our website. Our measurements are generally accurate unless otherwise stated. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size larger than your normal size. Orders and Deliveries

  • Which payment methods do we accept?

  • Can I use more than one discount code for my order?
    • You can redeem one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied to sale items.
  • Can I change my order?
    • Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. Please contact us at info@saimoclothing.com , and we will do our best to help you.
  • Can i cancel my order?
    • You can only request a cancellation before your items are shipped. Please contact our Customer Support team at info@saimoclothing.com for assistance.
  • Where is my order?
    • We will ensure that you receive a tracking number for your order, which will allow you to track it using a shipment tracking system.
  • When do I receive my order?
    • Our standard delivery time is between 7 and 14 working days. Delays may occur due to holidays or external factors. Please contact our customer service at info@saimoclothing.com for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
  • I have not received my order, what should I do?
    • Our logistics operator will contact you if a delivery fails. Please check your provided address for accuracy. DHL will make a maximum of two delivery attempts before leaving the package at your local post office for collection.
  • Why didn't I receive the confirmation email?
